๐ฐ Your CP account
Read your balance the right way round, understand every line in your transaction list, report your CP after a run, and get a wrong payment corrected.
You want to know whether you owe anything, why a number changed, or how to get a mistake fixed. Everything for that lives on one page: CP RUNs โ My CP account.
The first thing to get straight is the sign. A negative balance means you owe Silver. A positive balance means you are owed it. That is the opposite of how a lot of people read a minus sign in a game, and it is the source of most of the confusion on this page.
Why you may have more than one account
An account belongs to one player in one clan. Two players in two clans means four possible accounts, each with its own balance and its own history, and they never offset each other. The tiles at the top of the page are one per account, labelled with the kingdom, clan initials and the player's name.
Each tile also carries an account type:
| Type | What it is |
|---|---|
| Member | The ordinary case โ a player taking part in that clan's runs. |
| Defender | Created when a clan approves your defender application. The player is not a member of that clan. |
| Ghost defender | An account a clan admin created by hand for a defender who does not use the portal. If you see one, it is because your player was added that way. |
Accounts appear on their own โ most often the first time a run you took part in is closed, and also when someone records a payment involving you, or when a defender application of yours is approved. There is nothing to create.
Reading the transaction list
Click View Transactions on any tile. The panel opens with three figures โ Balance, Total Charges and Total Payments โ and the full history underneath, newest first, with a running Balance column so you can see how you got here.
The Type column only ever says Charge or Payment. The detail is in Description, and these are the ones worth recognising:
| What the description says | What it is |
|---|---|
| โฆ charge | What you owe for a run, written when the run closed. Reduces your balance. |
| Tank share (โฆ%) | Your payout as tank on that run. Increases your balance. |
| Defender share (โฆ%) | Your payout as defender. Increases your balance. |
| Paid by clan vault | The clan covered your charge. It sits directly next to the charge and cancels it exactly, so your balance ends up unchanged. |
| Payment to โฆ / Payment from โฆ | A payment someone recorded, with the original amount and currency in the text. |
| Rounding adjustment | A correction of a Silver or two so the clan's books balance to zero. Only ever appears on the defender's account of a run. |
The balance floor that stops you joining runs
Each clan sets a minimum allowed balance. If your account for that clan is below it, you cannot sign up for its runs and the reason shown next to your player is Balance below limit.
The setting starts at 0, which means that until a clan admin changes it, any unpaid debt at all blocks sign-up. A clan that wants to allow some credit sets the figure negative โ minus 50,000 permits 50,000 Silver of debt. The number itself is not shown to members, so if you are blocked and cannot see why, ask a clan admin what the limit is.
Reporting your CP after a run
Once the run's scheduled time has passed and while it is still open, a Submit CP button appears on the row in My Participations. Nobody is charged until a clan admin approves what you send.
Take a shot that shows the CP you earned from the run. If your attacks were split into batches with different results, take one shot per batch.
Find the run under My Participations โ it will be showing Pending close โ and press Submit CP.
Upload the image, put the CP in CP Earned (M) in millions โ 8500 means 8.5 billion โ and set Attacks. Use + Add Screenshot for further batches, then Submit CP Results.
Images must be PNG, JPG or WebP and under 20 MB. Your submission goes to Pending; a clan admin can adjust the per-attack and attack figures before approving, and whatever stands at that moment is what you are charged for. A rejected submission comes back with a reason and can be edited and sent again with Edit.
Recording a payment you received
The Record Payment Received card only appears for players who have been a tank or a defender on at least one run. It is how the person who was paid tells the portal it happened; participants do not record their own payments.
Choose My Receiver Account, the Payer (Player), the Currency and the Amount, set Payment Date, then press Record Payment. The amount is converted to Silver at that currency's current rate, and both accounts move in the same step โ the payer's debt shrinks and your receivable shrinks by the same figure.
Getting a payment corrected
You can contest a payment recorded against you. Open the account's transaction panel and use Request edit or Request deletion on the payment row.
- Both need a reason โ the field is Reason (required) and it will not submit empty.
- Neither changes anything on its own. A clan admin has to approve it first, and the row shows Edit pending or Delete pending until they do.
- Only one request per payment at a time. Use Cancel on the row to withdraw it and start again.
- Only payments can be contested this way. A run charge is not a payment โ a wrong charge is fixed by correcting the CP behind it, which means catching it before the run is closed.
Common questions
My balance does not match my charges minus my payments. Why?
Two lines account for nearly every case. A clan vault line sits next to a charge and cancels it exactly, so the pair nets to zero even though both appear in the list. And a rounding adjustment of a Silver or two lands on the defender's account after a run closes, to keep the clan's books at zero. Lines marked Refunded are shown but not counted at all.
Why can I not cancel my sign-up any more?
Cancelling is only possible while the run is still open and its scheduled start is still in the future. Once the start time has passed, the run is waiting to be closed and your place on it is fixed โ you report your CP instead. If you genuinely could not attend, tell a clan admin before they close the run; they can take you off it and nothing is charged.
I paid in Gold, so why does my balance say Silver?
Balances are always kept in Silver so that one account can hold payments made in several currencies. Your clan sets up each currency with a rate, the portal converts on the spot, and the transaction keeps the original amount and currency in its description โ so the Gold figure you actually paid is still there in the history.
Where do I turn off the reminder before a run?
Under MY โ User & Player Settings, in the Notification Preferences section. The one to look for is ๐ CP Run Reminder, with a toggle for each channel. It goes out eight hours before the scheduled start to players who are signed up.
