To automatically read chest data from the game, we need access to an account that is in your clan. We STRONGLY recommend creating a new small account (not your main account) for security and safety. This utility account only needs to be in your clan - it doesn't need to play or do anything else.
NO! Please DO NOT use your main account. Always create a dedicated utility account. While unchanged and never store them in plain text, using a utility account provides an extra layer of security and peace of mind.
Simply create a new Total Battle account (use a different email), move it to your Kingdom, and join your clan. The account doesn't need to progress in the game - it only exists to read clan chest data. A level 1 account is perfectly fine!
The automatic system reads public clan information that any clan member can see: chest collection history for all clan members. It does NOT access private player information, messages, or anything outside of clan chest data.
Yes! You can combine methods. For example, use automatic scanning for daily tracking and manual uploads for importing historical data. The system automatically prevents duplicate entries.
Automatic cloud reading is how the portal works — it is what makes the numbers exact and the setup hands-off. Every plan includes it, and the 30-day free trial does too.
Scan frequency depends on your plan: STARTER (6 hours), PRO (4 hours), PREMIUM (1 hour), PLATINUM (30 minutes). Frequency may vary slightly during high server load.
Automatic scanning will stop working and you'll receive an email notification. Simply re-add the utility account to your clan to resume automatic scanning.
Absolutely! You can switch between methods at any time. All your historical chest data is preserved regardless of which method you use.
